I believe everyone should experience great leadership at work.
I’ve been lucky in my career to work with some great leaders - leaders who helped me grow, gave me honest feedback and believed in me.
Leaders who weren’t afraid to say it like it was even when it was hard, but always let me know that they were in my corner.

Sadly, I have also seen many great people struggle in their attempts to become great leaders because they didn’t have access to the right support or development.

But experiencing great leadership shouldn't come down to luck - and I’m on a mission to make sure that isn't the case!

MY MISSION
My mission is to coach and develop leaders who are brave, values-led and able to balance the needs of the business with the fact that they are working with human beings.
My experience and background.
I’ve spent 25 years in Learning and Development and for the last ten I have specialised in leadership development.
I have a special interest in supporting those who find themselves at the helm of several teams, with a new responsibility for inspiring and developing leaders with very different backgrounds and experience.

As a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, I use the work of Brené Brown to support people to face risk, uncertainty and emotional exposure with courage and clarity. To live into their values and create and deepen connections, to learn and grow from the failures, setbacks and disappointments that are inevitable when we are brave with our lives.

I am based in Dorset, and work throughout the UK. I pride myself on my curiosity, passion for learning and ability to bring out the best in leaders, teams and organisations through a combination of facilitation, learning programme delivery and 121 coaching.
