It's no surprise that this can lead to a crisis of confidence, waning self-belief and burnout. Statistics show that 60% of newly promoted leaders don't make it past their first two years in their new job.
The fact is that you were promoted because you were awesome at your old job, but that doesn’t mean that you automatically know how to be brilliant in your new capacity.

I create a safe space for you to explore the type of leader you want to be and offer gentle challenge to guide you towards your full potential - A space to be vulnerable, with no fear of judgement or expectation.
Through a combination 121 and team coaching, development programmes and facilitation, I help people be the best leader they can be.
